Waitlist privacy notice

What we collect

We collect your normalized email address, language preference, consent and privacy-notice versions, consent time, signup time, and subscription status. We do not ask for your name, conversation content, or other profile information.

Why we use it

We use this information only to manage early-access interest, send occasional product updates, and invite eligible participants when private testing opens.

Bot protection and abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a request is likely to be legitimate. Rate limiting uses a short-lived HMAC-derived identifier rather than storing the raw IP address in the waitlist database.

Retention

The current configured retention period is 365 days. This setting must be reviewed before hosted signup is activated. Expired and unsubscribed records are removed by the signup service’s cleanup process.

Removal and unsubscribe requests

You may request removal or unsubscribe using the same email address you registered. The verified privacy contact method has not been configured yet and will be published before hosted signup is activated.

Hosted signup remains disabled until a real privacy contact method is configured.

Development status

The waitlist is currently implemented for local testing only. No production Cloudflare resources or live signup flow are active.
